Mark Meads, the founder of Village Funding Solutions, has over 25 years experience in financial services.
Throughout his career he has also held senior national management roles in some of the largest UK financial companies including Legal and General, Aegon, Prudential, AXA and BUPA.
We can confidently say that Mark knows his stuff when it comes to mortgages!

Mark has worked in Financial Services for 28 years - starting as a “Man from the Pru”, he progressed to senior management positions with BUPA, Aegon, Axa and Legal & General.
He set up Village Financial Solutions in 2017, so he could continue to help clients with their home finance needs. Mark is married to Marie with two daughters Juliette and Helena; his hobbies include golf (as much as he's allowed to!) and gardening (as much as he has to!).
Martine joined Village Financial Solutions in September 2020. With over 20 years of administration and Director support she brings a wealth of experience having previously worked as office and administration manager for a wide variety of industries, including mortgage services. Over this time Martine has recognised the importance of customer service being at the heart of a business.
Martine’s favourite pastime is to plan her next holiday with husband Andy and son Freddy! If the sun’s out she’ll be exploring the Cornish coastline but she’s at her happiest in the deep snow of Finland; snow-shoeing through an alpine forest, watching the Northern Lights or going on a husky safari.
